Claudia Rivarelli
Claudia Rivarelli is a multidisciplinary Uruguayan artist, author, actress, voice talent, screenwriter, and visual artist, trained in communications and fine arts. Throughout her career, she has moved effortlessly across literature, audiovisual production, and fashion design with her avant-garde label Atelier Rivarelli.
Her extensive literary portfolio covers diverse genres and themes. In 2025, her short stories were featured in numerous prominent anthologies, such as Querida mamá in Pólvora en las márgenes, Carta a mi abuelo in epistolary collections, Pequeñas señales in Exequias piadosas, and El jardín de mis sueños in Entre todos. Her work also appeared in charity anthologies such as Happy ending supporting cancer research, as well as philosophical, urban, and romance collections. She has also authored acclaimed dramatic monologues.
In 2026, she continued expanding her literary horizons with microfiction and thriller narratives like Juego de psicópatas, reflective historical fiction addressing family memory during dictatorships, and humorous stage monologues.
In film and television, she received the Best Actress Award at the 2017 BIFF Festival in Karlsruhe, Germany, for the short film Them, alongside roles in award-winning shorts like Die Anwesenheit and international voiceover performances in animation. As a visual artist, her digital art and photography have been featured in international exhibitions such as 20x20: Small format art in Buenos Aires, as well as in literary and visual art publications across the Americas.
